Women and Infant Center at St. Michael's Hospital

Your compassionate support of the Women and Infant Center at St. Michael’s Hospital ensures that our tiniest patients are a priority; from Swivel Bassinets to HALO SleepSacks, babies and their families benefit from your generosity.

St. Michael’s Women and Infant Center delivers approximately 500 babies annually, and 25 stay in our special care nursery. These babies typically stay 1-2 days in the special nursery before moving into their parent’s room. Our goal is always to keep families with their baby when possible, which has been challenging due to COVID-19. To provide more bonding time, our donors provided NICView cameras to allow parents to use an app to a live video feed so they can see their babies whenever they would like. This helps really ease their worries and helps connect them with their baby.
