Recognition from our patients is very special to us. A touch of appreciation to the physicians, nurses, therapists, techs, chaplain, receptionist and others who were there when you needed them goes a long way.
If you received exceptional care from Ascension Via Christi physicians or associates, you can pay tribute to them by making a gift in their honor to the Guardian Angel program.
We will give your caregiver(s) a Guardian Angel certificate and they will also be recognized at Ascension Via Christi amongst leaders and other associates.
Through the contributions of people like you, we are able to provide quality programs, medical equipment, and services to those in medical need
