Your gift to the Medical Education Endowment at Ascension Providence Hospital will support medical school graduates during their gap year between medical school and residency. 

Your gift enables a graduate to work closely with program directors and faculty to create, execute and evaluate evidence-based teaching, research, and simulation projects.They will also receive personalized feedback, tailored counseling, and mentorship. 

This experience will improve graduates' chances of being accepted in a residency program the following year. In its inaugural year 100% of the graduates matched into a residency program upon completion.
