Honor a Doctor!
Every day at Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital, our passionate doctors work tirelessly to care for those who live in our community.
When you make a gift in honor of your physician, you are helping a patient in need through the Help fund. Needs include help with prescription medications, medical equipment (walker, commode chair, oxygen, etc.), utility bills, gas cards for follow-up appointments and other needs identified by a patient’s Social Worker.
In the “Comment” box in the Tribute Gift section, please share a note of gratitude and appreciation for your doctor. Your message will be shared with your physician for Doctors' Day.
