The Patient Help Fund at Ascension Providence Rochester Foundation is designated to provide funding for poor and vulnerable patients requiring immediate medical prescriptions, equipment or transportation for discharge from Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital. The foundation works alongside a team of social workers who assist in identifying patients in need.
