Diabetes Care Fund

The Ascension St. Mary’s Diabetes Care Fund supports the Diabetes Education Center at Ascension St. Mary’s Hospital. A team of doctors, certified diabetes educators, nurses and registered dietitians help coordinate care and education for diabetes patients to help patients self-manage and better understand their condition. 

Your gift helps support patients who are uninsured or underinsured to get access to these resources to help manage their diabetes.
