Your gift will provide resources to ensure patients receive the following: provide heart screenings to identify risks of cardiovascular disease, access to necessary prescriptions and follow-up care, supply educational materials, and other needs as determined by hospital leadership.
Without your gift, a patient may end up back in the hospital. That is why your gift is critical today. Please consider giving at one of the following levels:
$20 - A white light will be illuminated on a tree in the main hospital lobby in honor or memory of your loved one. Notification of your gift will be sent to the address of your choice.
$35 - A commemorative ornament will be mailed directly to the address of your choice and includes notification of your gift.
$125 - A tree in front of the hospital will be illuminated. A sign will be placed in front of the tree and notification of your gift will be sent to the address of your choice.
