Provide patients with HOPE (Helping Our Patients in Emergencies) after discharge
Your gift to the HOPE (Helping Our Patients in Emergencies) Fund provides patients in need with necessary items for healing when leaving the hospital. Patient needs may include prescription medications, medical equipment (e.g., walker, commode chair, oxygen), gas or transportation for follow-up appointments, food, electricity and more.
Your gift will make a direct impact on a patient in need so they can continue to heal when leaving the hospital.
