Supporting the HOPE (Helping Our Patients in Emergencies) Fund provides our most vulnerable patients with necessary items to ensure healing after discharge. Patient needs include prescription medications, medical equipment (e.g., walker, commode chair, oxygen), gas or transportation for follow-up appointments, food, electricity and more.
